What people ask before a pilot
- What happens to our emails?
- They are read to fill the record, and that is all. Your data is processed under a data-processing agreement, is never used to train any model, and can be deleted at any time. Only the correspondence with your factories is read, never whole mailboxes.
- Does the factory have to install anything?
- No. No portal, no login, no new habit. They keep emailing and messaging exactly as they do today. That is the point.
- What does it cost?
- One fixed price per season, sized by the number of active styles, with unlimited people. A first season runs as a pilot at a reduced price. The number is agreed before we start and does not move.
- Does the agent ever send something on its own?
- Never. Every chase, every stage change and every record update is a draft until a person approves it. Prices and commitments are flagged so they cannot go out on one click.
