The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. We only learn who you are if you write to us.

When you visit this website

Our hosting provider records technical data that every web server needs to deliver a page and to keep the service secure: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system you use. We do not combine this data with anything else and do not use it to identify you. The provider deletes it after a limited period.

The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland.

When you request a pilot or write to us

We process your email address and what you write to us, in order to reply and, if you wish, to prepare a pilot. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details on. We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation or a resulting business relationship requires, and delete it when you ask us to.

The demo

The demo runs entirely in your browser and needs no account. It contains sample data only. It stores two interface preferences in your browser's local storage, on your device: whether the side rail is collapsed and which layout you chose for the style view. Nothing you do in the demo is sent to us.

Cookies, analytics, third parties

None. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own address. There are no tracking pixels, no social media plug-ins and no embedded content from other providers.

Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where they apply, we also observe the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for answering your request and on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and working website, for server logs.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a common format. Write to hello@coatelier.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country.

Changes

When the website or the product changes, this page changes with it. The date below tells you which version you are reading.
